The 2021 Belmont Stakes will take place this Saturday, June 5th. The coverage of the race will air on NBC from 5-7pm with the post time of the race set at 6:49pm EST.
This years race will return to it’s normal length of 1 1/2 miles and it’s regular position as the third leg of the Triple Crown. This is after last years race was shortened to 1 1/8 miles and bumped to the first leg of the Triple Crown due to the 2020 Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes being postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic.
There will be no Triple Crown winner this year after Medina Spirit was unable to follow up his Kentucky Derby win, finishing 3rd at the Preakness Stakes. That said, the Belmont Stakes is still one of the most watched races of the horse racing season, and I expect significant wagers on this years Belmont Stakes. For this reason I wanted to create this simple guide to help walk new bettors through betting on the race online.
On this page you will find our top rated betting site, some early Belmont Stakes odds, and a straight forward 3 step tutorial on how to get your Belmont Stakes bets placed online.
