UFC 229 will see the return of Conor McGregor after a nearly two year hiatus from the octagon to participate in the mega boxing money fight with Floyd Mayweather last year. The return of McGregor is big enough news by itself and this PPV would sell 1.5 million buys regardless of who is on the other side of the cage. That said, the fact that Conor will be looking to get his belt back against the undefeated Khabib Nurmagomedov, who has a massive devoted fan base himself makes this card a must see and should push the buys up near 2 million.
